By using fihelp.in, you agree to these terms. This portal is for digital banking assistance and financial information only. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. PNB CSP Services
We are an authorized Punjab National Bank (PNB) Customer Service Point (CSP) in Dashahwa. All banking transactions are governed by the rules of Punjab National Bank. fihelp.in acts only as a facilitator.
3. Security Disclaimer
Users must not share OTPs, Passwords, or PINs. We will never ask for such sensitive data. fihelp.in is not responsible for losses caused by user errors during transactions.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the Laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh.
5. Data & Privacy
User data is handled as per the IT Act, 2000. In compliance with Play Store policies, users can request account/data deletion through the support section of our application.
